Google, however, is keen to make sure that we all understand some of the basic (and sometimes more complicated) rules of the game.

To help us understand the rules Google runs its’ own YouTube channel. This iofficial YouTube channel for Google Webmaster Central, is a one-stop shop for webmaster resources that will help you with your crawling and indexing questions, introduce you to offerings that can enhance and increase traffic to your site, and connect you with your visitors.

It is run by Matt Cutts who is currently the head of Google’s Webspam team. Matt wrote the first version of SafeSearch, which is Google’s family filter, and has worked on search quality and webspam at Google for the last several years.
